I have first hand knowledge of this scenario. It's the same way I lost the ACL in my left knee. I was training for a tournament, took a jump and landed funny. It put an end to my Taekwondo days on the spot and cost me a lot of mobility. I feel for her. The best she can do is get in to a specialist as soon as possible and get some treatment going.
She will need help with the mental game as well. It took me a long time to come to terms with it. Because of the nature of the art, Taekwondo is particularly hard on the body.
Healing thoughts are on the wind.

Knee issues are no fun, so a Prayer and Bleesings are on the way.
