I was heading to this forum to ask for the same thing. BCUSA is missing from my reader and due to this I don't get to read it every day. I would love to see the RSS or ATOM feed system activated so I can stay caught up with everything each day!

Thanks for the links too masterluke, checking them out now!

I will have to review this option and see what the effects will be on the forum.

There is no effect on the forum
As far as I know
I'm no vbulletin expert though

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> External Data Provider -> Enable RSS Syndication -> Yes

Hate to dredge up an old thread but I am playing around with an RSS reader again and I'd definitely like to have BCUSA available as a feed. I usually load the portal page but it'd be cool to be able to get the latest posts via RSS too.

Thanks!

OK Jay...now how do you get the RSS feed to a reader say like outlook?

You need to enter the RSS URL, for BCUSA main forum it's

http://bushcraftusa.com/forum/external.php?type=RSS2

Not sure about Outlook specifically but I'm sure there's a spot to enter the URL for a new feed, just stick that in there and you're good to go. Thanks Faol!

EDIT: According to MS, the steps for adding an Outlook 2007 RSS feed (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/add-an-rss-feed-HA010159539.aspx) are:

1) On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.
2) On the RSS Feeds tab, click New.
3) In the New RSS Feed dialog box, type or press CTRL+V to paste the URL of the RSS Feed. In our case, http://bushcraftusa.com/forum/external.php?type=RSS2
4) Click Add.
5) Click OK.

Have fun :)

Luke, could you reshare your feeds since Reader closed, please?
