I filed the Serrated edge down and made a new edge on the knife the only reason I like this knife is it has a sharp spine and throw's alot of spark's from my fero rod.
I will say this it took me awhile to get an edge on this puppy and it's sharp I'll have to see how it hold's up in making some feather stick's.

I'm impressed, I bought one of those on a trip just to have some kind of knife, and I couldn't get an edge on it to save my life. I though the steel was just too soft or something but maybe it was me after all :p

Just be really careful and gentle with it. I have three I use as trainers for the Scouts...they are quite fragile.

The Ozark Trail folder for about 8 bucks is actually fairly decent. It's heavy, but it fits the hand nice, has a decent stainless blade (no serrations) and I dig the wood scales and thumb stud.

I buy 'em to give my son as he looses them before he can break 'em! At a buck a pop, who cares!

I've got one of those. Maybe I should do the same.

dude if you're happy with it I guess that's what matters most. The best knife is the one you know how to use.

My father-in-law is always bragging to me about his from walmart. Just a little fragile but he does whatever he wants, so its good enough for him.

I actually like my Mora :p Over this one this just was a little project although it is better to carry 2 or 3 knives versus 1
I know I have lost a couple in the past from trout fishing

Mine tightened back up really easy. Doesn't bug me. Actually doesn't bother me at all...just gave it to my oldest boy a couple months ago.

Good trick to remember tho!
