And here are a few of my "common man's" favorites. Cold Steel Master Hunter, SRK, and Mora Clipper. I really need to learn how to properly photograph knives!
Thanks for looking.

Warrior, If you don't mind what make or brand is that great looking lockback folder? Did it come with a sheath? Thank you.

I had my regular Grohmann 4 survival knife flat ground, love it. The Grohmann factory reground my knife to get the FFG. Very reasonable too, just cost a little more to get to Canada and back.
I thought about that option but you are right about the shipping , I'm in the same province and it's still more than a regrind .
I bought the #4 and a #3 both used but in new unused condition cheaper than I could get a factory seconds so I don't hesitate to take the grinder/file/sandpaper to them and reshape things LOL .
Could you put up a pic of yours ?
I had one of those cheap stainless cooking knife sets you can get from places like Gander Mountain, Cabela's, or Bass Pro shops. Actually, I had 2 complete sets. I am in the process of cutting down both clevers from each set into more useful knives and just got done with this butcher knife. Its stainless, from china, and so I really don't care whether or not i screw up the blade. Its practice! LOL!
I think I'll put this one in my hunting bag. I mainly duck hunt and the last few years we've been going to the coast, so the stainless will help with the salt air. BTW, its 1/8" stock, blade length is 5".
