Thumbs up How to get a Turley knife

    Yo, guys.

Here's a couple ways to get one of my knives if you're interested.

Lord willing, I will be done with my current backlog of orders sometime in 2015 or 2016. At that time I will again start fulfilling orders, although I canít give any real estimate of wait time. **best (total guess) guess at this time 7/25/14) is somewhere in the five to six year area before I get to the end of the current contact list. See below for what the "contact list" is.

I have started making a ďcontact listĒ. If you would like to be placed on the contact list immediately just send me an email at turleyknives@gmail.com Hereís how the contact list works: Iíll put your name down on the contact list with the understanding that I have no idea when I will get to your knife. Itís just a reminder to contact you when I get to your name too see if youíd still like a knife or piece of gear. When I contact you I will ask what youíd like, Iíll get you a price and current wait time and at that time you can say yes or no thanks. No obligation to follow through at all. For more info send me an email and Iíll get you all the particulars.

For more info send me an email and Iíll get you all the particulars.

Please know upfront that by getting on the contact list it will likely be years before I get to your name. But it insures that, Lord willing, I will eventually get to your order. It is not a promise that I will definitely get to your name, I don't know what the future holds. It is merely a "contact me if/when you can" sort of thing.

Please feel free to download a catalog to get info on what's available and the current pricing as a frame of reference. Pricing will no doubt increase as all things do in the years to come. You will be notified of any price or options changes before you place an order.

    Catalog can be downloaded here:
    http://www.turleyknives.com/

Just scroll down a little and click the link.

You can check out a couple different places for any "extra" knives I might have.
It's rare but sometimes I get a chance to do an extra knife to put up for sale or a customer might back out on a knife.

The first place to check for an available knife is my website. You can sing up for a free membership there and get a notification for any knives that become available.

Another way to get a knife without the wait is to join the Turley Knife Club. You can check it out here:
    http://www.turleyknives.com/turleyknifeclub.htm

If you have any questions just shoot me an email, I'd be happy to help anyway I can.
Thanks for looking and thanks for your support.

I remember that M. River that was sitting there unsold when I checked the store.

Scared me so bad that I passed on it.

Iz, for truth in advertising I think you need to change the title of this thread to "how to TRY and get a Turley". As I sit on the list at 380 and 450 this thread title mocks me everytime I enter the subforum; right now there is a lot more trying than getting

    1. You can fill out a quote request here to get a price on the knife you'd like.

    or
    2. You can check out a couple different places for any "extra" knives I might have. It's rare but sometimes I get a chance to do an extra knife to put up for sale or a customer might back out on a knife.
The first place to check for an available knife is my website. You can become a member there and get a notification for any knives that become available. That's the first place I put a knife if I have one. I offer it for three days on my site before I go anywhere else with it.
After that if no memembers want it I then come here and my other sub forum to offer the knife. It stays there for a week.
If it doesn't sell after this long then it goes to the blade forums for sale section.

If you have any questions just shoot me an email, I'd be happy to help anyway I can.
    God bless,
    Iz

And when, pray tell, was the last time you had one go 3 hours, much less 3 days after an email notice ?

He's right Iz. You need to update, popularity has had its impact to say the least.

How to get a Turley knife....

1). Two years ago you got a quote, and put your name on a list
2). Then you pay for it this year.
3). Open the box when it comes to your door

    Simple.
