I have a Nebo redline SE... 250 lumens and 4 hour battery. Can see almost 200 years when focused. Retail is $40.

I use a simple Energizer headlamp just to have my hands free. It has two white LEDs and one red LED (which does not interfere with your night vision).

    Default Maratac AA Stainless

My EDC torch is a Maratac AA version in stainless steel; new cree bulb technology pumps out the lumens (3 brightness settings and 80 lumens on high!!) on this little light saber.
My wife obtains free AA batteries from the Surgery Center and I have an endless supply of them; not that this light eats batteries; but it's just a great resource to have.
I wanted a flashlight that took a single AA; and was waterproof and extremely durable; did some research and came up with this bad boy !!
It is a phenomenal little light; superb in fact; and for $30 - money well spent.
This is a borrowed image but the exact model that I have.

I carry a CMG Infinity Ultra, not bright by today's standards for a single LED, but good for my needs. I keep it in my bag usually, or my pocket.
