cracked a rib today.
ouch this morning climbing out of bed while hacking my head off from a head and chest cold i have had since saturday,i cracked a rib in the process of gettting out of bed while coughing,my this is a painful thing,kind of sucks it
hunting season right now.my doctor said this is a pretty common thing,did it ever happen to anybody else here on the forum.

Yes it happened to me few years ago,i felt so stupid when the doctor told me about it,but yes it can happen,dont worry just be carefull and you will be ok,try to not lift any weight with the affected side,and no brutal turning move.

Yup, broke one 30 years ago while coughing. I had bronchitis. What really sucked was the week or two that followed. Every cough hurt.
