i hope you healing fast.coughing is a risky practice, a great friend of mine is in a two month
coma.he doesn't broken a rib he ripped his hesophagus,no chanches.

As this thread is almost 4 months old--Hopefully you're almost healed up--although it took me over 6 months to fully recover from a costochondral separation

Manually compressing a pillow over your chest is great advice----wearing a rib belt like some doctors will advise is horrible--as it does not let the chest fully open and could lead to liquid in the lungs (which leads to a lot of other bad things)

I take priligy pill and it works as expected but after sexual intercourse I sometimes feel muscle pain in the back and fatigue. I do not know if this is because I work like a stud or it is a side effect. Anyway I am lucky that I gave it a try. celebrex
