how to tie your shoes and paracord laces so they don't come untied

Every since I discovered this method I have used it to tie any shoe or boot I wear.
After it becomes a habit, don't even thnk about it any more.

I did the same as Iz forever and just tucked the loops. Now I just double know them. My boots are side zip though so I only have to do it once.

I had heard this suggestion on another website before, and some members had commented that using paracord will eventually chew up the eyelets. Anyone have any input on the long-term use as boot lacing?

My boots always come untyed at work it's a real pain have to try it
