I would like to add at this time, if you have skills you would like to share to please make every effort to find a collaborative partner. Mike and I will make every effort to pair efforts but it will be very difficult to keep a handle on everything. This is an exercise among members. Thanks for all the interest thus far. There is no specific time table so please put the imaginations to work.

My girls and I will make a knife blade and heat treat it, 1Jesster will put grips on the blade, and Growlingbear will finish the edge and make a sheath....

I not the best you have ever seen but I do a fair job of tacking slabs on a knife. If anyone is interested I'll be glad to play.

I didn't make it, but I've got an extra Mora blade that I'd toss into the ring if you want to make a handle for it. I'm already working on the other blade I have.
