Post BCUSA Bushcrafting Area Database/Map Share

First off I want to thank d37fan for this great idea, all the credit goes to him.

I made a Google map to help out the members here at BCUSA to help compile a list of public land open to bushcrafting. The link to the map, it is editable but private (won't show up in searches).

Here is map to post good areas for practicing bushcraft. Listing public land available to bushcraft is the key goal, but and members that have land they would like to share are more then welcome to share.

How it works is you click on the red edit button, then on the map you can chose a marker to place on the map, there are all kinds of markers to chose from. Fill out the details that you want, then save.

This is a great idea. I'm going to make it a sticky and keep it up for a while. If it becomes successful we will leave it up permanently so let's share our favorite places!
    And in other bushcraft news...splat!

Bill, I'm not seeing a Edit Button. Do you need to add me to a list or something to grant me permission?

This is a cool idea! Quick, someone in the Sacramento, CA area put a pin on the map so I can learn what a Bushcrafting friendly area looks like. I'm not sure if the public land I do my bushcrafting on is.

Theres no list or anything, when you open the link the edit button should be to the left of the direction pad on the map(top left corner). LMK if that helps.

    Thanks Bill

Not seeing it and I'm logged into Google too. I'll have to play with this later. Time to go back to work.
