This just came across the local news' website in Atlanta. Fisher Price put out a new talking doll. They knew that one of the phrases it says is "Islam is the light", and did not do a recall, nor tell anyone.

If you notice, I didn't get it in an email. This was actually on the largest news network in Atlanta. The stated that they talked to Fisher Price rep, and they knew about it.

Channel 2 called the 800 number on the toy and the customer service representative told reporter John Bachman that the speaker system condenses all of the baby sounds to make “Islam is the light.” Fisher-Price stopped making the doll so it could fix the problem but there is no recall on it.

I reckon snopes can be wrong.
