Think Im going to wash mine in cold water with Ivory like I did some other blankets . I've been getting itchy when I put it over my head at night . I think it might be the moth ball stuff .

The smell on mine went away for the most part just hanging it in the house. Once I finish the anorak I may think about washing it by hand with something then let it air dry. First test run out I will make a fire and smoke it up. should smell better then.
