arrowhead prices

Is $40 per 3 arrow heads the going rate?
or is there someplace that sells them cheaper, all the broad head types i have seen at stores are close to 40 for a 3 pack.

That seems a little high to me but I don't know what you're looking at. Check out 3Rivers Archery for one. You can get 6 broadheads for around $40.

It depends on what you are looking for in a broadhead. You can get a six pack of zwickey eskimos for under 30 bucks from three rivers archery. They are great points and if you don't loose them they will last you for years. These are glue on points but they make adapters to convert them to screw ins as well. Lots of otions out there.

I've been using the G5 Montec carbon steel. They are $45 for 3, but they are great. They claim that they are as accurate as a field point. I can only say that in target practice I can't tell the difference between the Montec's and field points accuracy wise.
