They look real good! I agree I like the top more. The only thing I would change is the transition between handle and blade. It looks like the blade goes directly to the handle (i.e. there is no distinct change in the curve or anything to block/remind you that the blade is right there) without anything, but if I were to buy one I would personally prefer a more defined handle so I didn't cut myself. The being said they look really nice!
Edit: Scratch that, I just took another look at the pictures and it was different than I thought. It's perfect just the way it is. Awesome work!
