AA/AAA battery charger needed

I would like to find a charger for AA and AAA batteries that can accept 12V input as well as USB and 110VAC. I want to be able to charge batteries from my truck 12V accessory jack, my PV panel, grid power, or a computer. Any suggestions?

I got a Alphapower BC500 charger at REI, it was on the clearance table for $14.83. I use same brand but difference model at work and it works really well.
