    I thought of cutting a nice big streak and drinking a beer, but then I am often thinking of steak and beer.

    That's a cool knife. I've always like how curly maple looks as knife scales.

    Love the maple's character, and the subtle finger guard. Not a fan of long blades, but that's just me. Great-looking period piece!
