Default Brotherhood Of Bacon aka "The Baconeers" now Recruiting

Hey I did not know that this would catch fire so quickly. But after a stroke of genius or in my case a brain fizzle, The Brotherhood of Bacon "The Baconeers" was born. It is a group for men and ladies to discuss all things bacon, campfire cooking, and coffee. Strips, slabs, baked, broiled, boiled, or fried, bacon is it's own food group. We'd also like to hear from those who cure and produce bacon at home. So if you're a fan of bacon, we're your group.

If it is under the "community tab" of the forum, there is a drop down that has "groups" listed. Its under Brotherhood of Bacon. I just checked and its on top of the New Groups.

    Cool

    Favorite bacon recipe:
1 lbs thick cut pepper bacon
    1 doz eggs
    1 pack grand biscuits

Cut bacon into bite size pieces cook in Dutch oven
When bacon is cooked to perfection (just a bit chewy)
Add eggs and mix them in with the bacon,
    when eggs are almost done
Place grand biscuits on top and cover with lid, take the
Dutch oven off the coals and add coals to
The top only untill biscuits are golden brown. Enjoy
