Jim Beam, although this flask was the end of some Famous Grouse, or was it Brandy?.......I do enjoy a few sips of "who hit John" after a day outdoors and the tasks have been completed. Open for suggestions....thinking of trying George Dickel or Rebel Yell. Any suggestions?
Hot coffee or tea for me. I usually do not drink when I'm in the woods, because I usually am armed. Although after the firearms were cleared and stowed in a couple deer and elk camps, Jack Daniels made an appearance.

A small flask of char shine is usually what bring. If I'm out, them Gentleman Jack or Crown are my next choices.

I'm not actually one to bring alcohol on camping trips, but if I do it would be a stainless flask filled with brandy. That's usually my liquor of choice to keep around for sipping straight. I do prefer a good cognac, but brandy is a lot cheaper.I keep regular brandy, VSOP, and XO, so it can get pretty smooth.
