whats your favorite adult beverage for bushcraft?

in elk camp this year we celebrated in the evenings after we'd had a succesful hunt that day by everyone getting a pull off a bottle of makers mark, after the first pull we all switched to canadian hunter,I mixed mine with cranberry splash slice and ice.Needless to say by the time ?I hit the sack I was unaware my buddies had put my first bulls scrotum in the bag with me.(longstanding prank/tradition on your first succesfull bull elk hunt)Only it had happened to all my buddies when they were i n their early teens, I was late to this elk hunt ing thing and have only hunted for the last 6 or 7 year, and took my first bull at the age of 41.

Being a bit of a wine maker I will sometimes pack.a.bottle along but my Usual is a small bottle or flask of decent Brandy. Just a little nip before bed sets.me off to sleep very well.

hi gang...my go to field booze is polish vodka and cran juice and shots of fire ball !i then relax and jab at the fire...vince g. 11B INF...

I usually stick to water or instant coffee. Last time I went out camping, I took a flask of amaretto. On the rocks, a little warm, mixed in a soda or coffee. It's all good.

the wife's and I new drink when we go out for dinner... Amaretto Sour (diSaronno that is)
