    we make these in my household also. the only difference is I use mild italian sausage, i also take the chilies and an onion(chopped) and saute them for a few minutes. then i flatten the sausage out, pour the chili and onion mix onto the sausage and roll it up. once the bacon weave is on the roll and held together with a few toothpicks i toss it on my weber grill for a while and then glaze with some famous daves bbq sauce right before it comes off the grill. AMAZIN!

    Drizzled a mix of jalapeño pepper jelly and honey on the top and place in oven at 350°.
