    Default Cheap and Lightweight

Thanks for the find! I've been debating on what small rifle to get for backpacking/small game hunting recently, I'd love to have the M6 but, well scarce and expensive doesn't suit my needs right now, been considering the AR-7 mostly because its semi-auto, but the Badger rifle looks pretty promising.....Here is what I found.... Weight 3.5lbs Retail price $169!!!!!! I need one of these!

You should check out the Packrifle. A little pricey but at 15.5 ounces, probably the smallest lightest 22 rifle available.

    Thanks Sheriff,
At $169, unless it is a real POPoop, it would be quite a buy!

Now if they would just make one with a .22/.410 combo.

I'd rather have it than nothing at all.

Interesting. I do not like the way it folds though, seems they need to get it to fold closer somehow, maybe an inlet for the trigger group. Looks "clunky" and just not right in the folded position for me.

I agree, it could fold better BUT it does fold and would fit in a pack. The rails don't look very comfortable either. I bet some rail covers could be found to be put on to make it better.
