Can I put a 243 barrel on it?

I believe the the 22/410 Rossi uses a small 3/4" 410 shotgun frame, and the 243 requires a large 1-1/8" 12 gauge frame. In other words the 243 barrel at the breech/chamber end will be too fat to fit the 410 frame of the 22/410.

You know I had a site that listed barrels, don't remember if it was in the back of a catolog or not...
I do remember calling them and getting pricing, that was twice the cost of tha H&R Handi rifle....which seemed odd as the combo .22 .410, and .243 was less money that on barrel....
When asked the girl on the phone just kinda said, "Yeah that's the deal."......

Anyway, here is the catolog,looks like barrels start on page 16 or so.
I guess that would help..... Huh...LOL
