    I have a couple of those. Not as easy to set on a small stove but still a great bottle.

    I have the 38 oz one without the contours and love it. Paid $30 for it, steep but will last a lifetime of abuse.

    Originally bought the 32oz but after tipping it over a few times searched out the 38oz flat bottomed and was very happy the 32oz tends to be tippy because it is top heavy when full. Both nestle the same. Both are great and same quality. The 38oz can be pricey and hard to find.

    Yeah, I've got both (see below). For some time now, the larger one has seemed harder to find and much more expensive. I hear about folks having fumbling probs with the "hiker" model, but I haven't found it especially tricky.

    I tend to keep the larger one in the Maxpedition bag, which also has more "headroom" storage as well. And the smaller in the 5.11 bag.
