I would contact companies that make custom or semi-custom leather holsters and ask if they would take on a special order for what you need.

Triple K leather makes some old west style cartridge belts, I just purchased one for my 44 mag and it is fantastic build quality. I just checked thier website and they do indeed offer a 22 lr cartridge belt. I shopped around a bit and found a website (this one)

they had very prompt service, and responded very quickly to all my concerns via E-Mail, bear in mind that this was during thier holiday season, also the prices on Triple K leather was much cheaper here than on Triple K's webpage.

The model 100 cartridge belt is $46.99 and is available in 22lr, shipping runs between $10-$15.

ahh I found it on their website thanks, probably will order that as soon as my new rifle comes, unless someone on here has custom ones, I like to promote new business.
