Inverted leather neck sheaths anyone?

A while back i saw a pic of an inverted leather neck sheath and want to try one for a neck knife. I know these style sheaths are more popular with kydex but, I am looking for pics and details of the locking method on a leather sheath. So, if you have a leather inverted/upside-down leather neck sheath I would love to see some pics of it and of course how it secures itself.

I don't have one, but I've been looking. The idea I like so far is a magnet in the sheath that will hold the knife.

I have about every neck knife there is

they work well with the rare earth magnets and you don't have to worry with them falling out. here is mp's little guy first

this style is nice for some too but not from the neck

couple of custom made knives and sheaths made by a guy named lifter

Thanks guys but, the one i saw didnt have a magnet, the lanyard was what seceured the knife in place. Just so you don t think I am crazy, a friend from another site sent me some pics so I thought I would share it with you guys.

Picture this...You trip, you fall, the knife swings out and of course the handle is down. When you land on top of it do you believe that 1/4" of leather is going to prevent your death?

The kydex is a little safer because it was designed to stop knife blades. However, search the internet and you see guys loose their knives all the time because they fell out while jumping, running, etc. and yet they don't learn.

Talk about canidates for the Darwin award!

I very much like inverted neck knives. When using a neck knife in a kydex sheath you have to swing it in a circle by the lanyard as hard as you can. If it stays it won't come out from jumping, if it doesn't you need to adjust it. Two of my Esee's fell out on their own. The answer was to make my own kydex sheaths or adjust,(re-form), the existing one.
As far as leather sheaths and falling down go don't worry about it. Just because a person thinks a scenario in their head doesn't mean its likely going to happen.
