    Default another day hike: battle creek knives' kephart.

    i was able to do a quick hike earlier today with mountainmistwanderer and test out rob's pass-around kephart knife briefly.

    chorpie was nice enough to send me this pair of stainless steel chopsticks check out that custom-fitted case that he used to mail it to me - this guy has the same ocd i do

    noticed this spider rappeling down my sleeve.




    ...and down on the snow/ice.




    gotta have the black microspikes - hey, i don't always have to have everything orange!

    just curious about the knife - what are the pins made of? they look like the same handle material?
