Excellent idea. That's a nice looking bow there too! My bows are nothing fancy but I'll take some pics this weekend.

One of these days I hope to add to this thread. Right now I can't justify getting one. To many other prep stuff to buy first. Oh and the wife won't let me get one till she can get a compound bow.

Compound?!? Philistine! Especialy with your skill.
My Hick bow isn't pic worthy but I may shoot one to provoke me to build another and replace the pic :)

That second one is stunning Mike, would realy like something like it - I learnt to shoot a couple of years ago but still havn't taken the plundge, There is an abundance of English longbow makers over here but I havn't been able to find anyone making flat bows or shortbows - when you ask for something with an arrow rest you get a funny look :)

i gave away all my "other" bows.
the only one i use now is an older model bear super kodiak all painted up keep the "shiny bits" at a minimum.
    it is only 50 lbs @ 28".
never had a problem zipping through big....and small whitetails.hahaha

here is a simple pic of me taking a seat infront of a large downed tree used as a natural blind.
i pretty much only hunt from the ground.

So you bow fish? That must be cool as hell. I love to shoot but do good to hit a bale of hay when I aim at it.
