    Those corn husks woulda made a nice plate of tamales. Why have I never thought of crn husk as a cordage source. They'd be so easy to strip to working size then twist along.

    Dry corn husks seem to be a little stronger than green husks FYI. I started the basket with husks from last summer and had to finish with green.
