I like the KISS philosophy. Really, I don't carry a phone the majority of the time (weird, I know).

I love your Skeletool key mod. I might have to do that myself. What is that fixed blade you have there? And what is your flashlight?

Thanks, picked the idea up out of Backwoodsman mag a few years ago. It's far from an original idea. It works great. The flashlight is a Streamlight Microstream with a lot of pocket time, just like Skotelawe said. The fixed blade I can't comment on, we don't have a dealer account here.

Alot of great carry pics people!

I tend to go light. I don't carry a wallet or dedicated folder anymore. I take my id, debit/credit card and put it inside any money I have folded and just carry it in my front left pocket. The only other thing I usually have on me is my phone (not in pic). This pic shows what is in my pockets except for my id setup as mentioned, which is usually just a sak and my light with the house key.

I think it is safe to say that people rotate through edc gear. What is posted on here may be what they are carrying today but they buy a new knife or flashlight and rotate it in fairly often. Not to mention most people don't abuse their gear just for the sake of abusing it. I find it odd that people don't contribute anything except when they pop in to question other people's integrity.

    Hello all,

Now I thought I would post my EDC. It evolves, changes some days, the majority stays the same. Missing in photo is my fixed blade knife., and my IPhone 6.

Here's what I took off before heading in to the office.

uploadfromtaptalk1465078339628.jpg Farmer, better for an electrician than the electrician knife, wallet, bandana, dip can. I carry a dip can daily. I use one for panfish jigs and powerbait because it's easier than digging through lots of tackle when it's the things I use most, and it fits in your pocket. I fished today, that's why I had it on me. I carry a empty one at work to put loose parts in that I don't want to lose, but I find it the be great when tromping around for natural bait, cat tails fluff, you name it. If the lid cracks just pick another one off the ground anywhere people frequent, no shortage of lazy litter bugs you know.

lol, i'm an american i'm still surprised how many carry guns. i live in an area where i don't have to worry about animals or 2 legged predators either. the most i carry is my money clip, car keys, SAK or similar, bic (no i don't smoke), pen, and a half dollar coin. to me i can see a need for carrying a gun if you live in an area where animals can be a problem like bears, wolves, coyotes (thinking farm and chickens) or possibly if you live in a really bad area where robbery, muggings, rapes ect.. are common but beyond that don't get it.... don't see a need for it....

So it's sorta a EDITWC pocket dump? (Every Day In The Woods Carry) I can see how this would be different from a regular EDC thread. Give me a day and I'll scare up some pics. I like cargo pockets on my camping pants for last ditch items, should I be separated from my pack.

Yeah. I'd say back it up and try it again in a couple weeks, and don't judge the mods too harshly. It looks like they've been doing a lot of house cleaning lately and maybe the title wasn't specific enough. I actually tried to clear it up a little with my first post, but the next couple of posts looked pretty generic, so apparently it didn't come across properly. Better luck next time.
