I just walked away from a Wiggys MSS outter bag, bivy and stuff sack for $30 at the flea market.
If you needed one, then yeah.
If not, then good for you, you saved yourself the money.
I don't need one, but after researching then further, I should have bought it and flipped it or do a GAW.
Don't sweat on it too much.
I found Tenner Industries MSS bags (inner and outer) in unissed condition for $30-40 shipped on eBay.
Wiggys may be a slight step up but these are just as nice and no one has been in them.
I've got a used good condition current issue one, that I got from a coworker whose daughter just got out of the army. He actually had a several of them, but when he opened them up he discovered that apparently one or two were used for carrying wounded.
Yeah that's bad.
They should have been destroyed and not surplus.
