Anyone done anything with these cans? All aluminum bottle with a screw on top that is wide mouthed to boot. They just look to nice to toss.

Yes, I have been for around a year with the venom? Bottles, they do work just fine. If they are to close to the fire, they could melt the plastic ring at the base of the cap, but so far that hasnt happened to me yet. I dont use them much, they are something to throw in the car or a smaller kit for real emergencys.

they make a really cool alchole stove i made one yesterday and it works really good. you use the bottom and the top for the top and you have a really nice screw lid for filing it up. just a thought.

I could see one being made into a volcano stove! At least that's what I can see in my mind.

When i made mine i goofed it up and cut the top to short. So I slid the top inside of the bottom instead and I think this is the way to do it cause The flame is much better than the other way. Dont know why but I works nicely.

They're much too thin-walled for anything but alcohol stoves, at least, as far as I recall.

Hey energy drinks are dangerous *nubis but don't you EVER blaspheme bacon again!

I'm woundering how we these would hold up to travel full of water. And how long they will last.

The Venom bottles are pretty heavy aluminum.....Wouldn't last forever, but I'm sure they would for quite a while.

I've got 5 venom bottles sitting on a shelf waiting patiently for me to turn them into stoves. I imagine they would make great water bottles, but not sure what how the weight of them compares to a light weight backpacking bottle. Then again, the price is right.

Don't believe all of that anti-bacon propaganda doctors try to sell us on.

I've been averaging a pound or more of bacon and several dozen eggs a week for the last few months, and my blood tests look great!

A lot has to do with genetics. What works for one person doesn’t always work for another.

And FWIW just ‘cause your blood tests look fine doesn’t mean it’s “healthy”.
