This is not really a review, but it kind of is. I borrowed this knife a few weeks back, and immediately fell in love with the shape. It is a good "in-between" size blade, and it does most things well. All told I did 4 splitwood fires with it, and carved 3 spoons, and a fork with it. Im not good at typing out my thoughts, but I will say this; I have one on order!
The video shows some carving and splitwood fires, and other tasks. I lost the footage of the food prep I did with it. (It did pretty good).

I will not list the specs, because they are all open to customization through the options Iz has available.

I never did sharpen it more than a few swipes on some 2000 grit, followed by a light stropping. I do have a few pictures, if you cannot watch the video.

Like I said, I am no gear reviewer! LOL

Heh. I've been pretty lazy about getting vids in this thread. I need to go through and get some of yours and a few others on here.

    Always love watching these reviews!

But I have not seen any reviews on your Coopers Creek, that is one review I am waiting to see before mine gets here this year.

Nope. Never mind, for some reason I was thinking of the Wilson's creek review I saw a guy do.
    Apologies.

Haha. You know I don't do the "send a knife for review thing".
    Nice try though, suckah.

Little back yard fun with my Boones Branch

Couldn't get out this weekend so had to settle for a little back yard fun.

Processed a few branches and played around with the Emberlit. I like the Boones Branch alot (still want a Green River). Branches were from the Maple and Oak in my yard, the little knife handled them fine. Still a little apprehensive about whacking a knife with a stick, but all went well.

I'm the second owner of this knife and received it wicked sharp. When I got back inside I ran it through some paper and it lost a bit, but a few strokes on a strop with some flexcut gold and it was slicing the paper cleanly again. All in all quite happy with it.
