    December 1st-3rd

Full details will be released in the coming weeks...but this will be our biggest yet.

    Things to look forward to....
The usual debauchery around the evening campfires...food, music and BS....

-Bushcraft skills course by Dave Canterbury
-Mr. Black and his Otzi gear and expedition presentation
    -spoon carving with Alexander Yerks
-the forge and anvil will be on hand with some blacksmithing demos (maybe a Forged in Fire champion joining us...) and anyone who want to swing a hammer
    - clay pigeon shoot (I'm sure some $$ will be on the line)
    - white tail deer hunts
    - a venison feed
    - rifle and handgun range
    - fishing on the San Saba river is always available
    - gear raffles...custom knives from AA Forge, MP Knives, Steven Long, Deering Knives, Ben Orford...and others

    UPDATE:

Man, I'd sure like to come, but I'll have to wait to hear the final details before committing. It's hard for me to say for sure during deer season, not sure of all the dates I'll be guiding/tracking. Can't wait to hear more info though.

I've been wanting to do this. I wish I knew if I could commit to it. It's a long drive for me and that's the biggest hold back. Anyone coming from the area of I-10 and I-75 or right along I-10 that would be interested in carpooling if I can make it?

I like that southern route! Now the way I drive it would be about 8 hours. ..
We drive from MS to southern FL at least once a year. Its not so much the drive but the cost of gas. I wonder how much the event will cost...

For me it's both gas cost and 3 days worth of solo driving. With that drive, I'd like to take the kayak and stay a day or two along the gulf coast for some fishing.

Ok Guys....i added the first 20 registered spots to the website listing and made it live. They are discounted by $15. Please read the entire description including all the events at this years gathering. Im still working on several sponsorships including Yeti, Daily Greens, and a few others. (working on a getting shotgun shells supplied for the sporting clays shoot but either way everything will be provided) Also working on a couple other guest appearances...dont want to post them until they are confirmed. Theres going to be ALOT of stuff going on this year.

If you have, work for or know of a company that would benefit from being a part of the Rendezvous let me know. Our advertising will reach over 500,000 people...at the sponsor tent there will be products to look at and play with from each company and any donated products will be added to the raffle drawings.

There are drop down menus on the website to add things like t-shirts, hunting, the benefit breakfast, etc. Im doing it this way because in the past I wasted a lot of money guessing how many and what size shirts to get how much food to buy, etc...i still have a ton of shirts left over from last time so those will be on the table for free if anyone wants one from that year.

    any questions let me know!

USE THIS LINK (the registration page is hidden on the website, i don't want others to see it until all the folks here through BCUSA have had time to grab the first spots): http://badgerclawleatherworks.com/products?keywords=2017

I'm in and I'm signed up. Looking forward to seeing all my friends that I have not seen for two years. Looking forward to being around people who don't look at me like a nerd when I talk about knives for two hours.
Just as last time I will be bringing my guitar, and I will probably bring an extra guitar in case anybody else wants to jam
