I came up with another new one for this year. It is similar to the Ankou, but has a 4 1/2" blade, a smaller guard area, and no exposed pommel. The handle is also a little slimmer. It just needs a name.

I think that I'll go simple with the name, after its roots and similar blade size... Drifter MKII

Hell, I like just the Mark II.

Either way, I look forward to acquiring one of your knives this year. Lots of soul and good honest vibes. Nice to be familiar with the consciousness behind things..and you sir are a mad scientist ;)

Looking forward to more obscure tidbits on Instagram :) keep up the amazing work bud.

SO, someone talked me into selling them the black handled MKII. Do I sell the matching Ankou and keep the Coyote Brown pair for myself? The plan was to keep the black handled knives for myself as a set, but now that the one is going away, should I sell the black Ankou as well?
    Thoughts?

You’re right. The colors are not balanced anymore. I would definitely suggest a GAW.

That top one is awesome. The bottom would probably be more practical size wise, but the blade 'looks' the part on the top one. I would call those handles caramel.

    Take kidneys in trade?

Im going to keep one of each, one will be the small tan one, but do I keep the large black one or make a set and keep the large tan one?

Also, the very rough looking knife at the top is the first that i EVER made, not even from hardenable steel :D haha
