Watching the bats emerge in the evening was one of my favorite things to do when I lived in Austin back in the 90's...:dblthumb:

We have bats in our neighborhood. My wife & I enjoy sitting by the fire pit in the back yard and watching the bats fly around. Really cool to watch them twist and turn & zig and zag in flight. :)

We even have a bat that lives across the street! Curmudgeonly old man. [IMG]

If ya like bats ya need to check out Bat Cave in N.C. if you're close enough. I haven't been there in years, but it was amazing. joe

I recently read the area is closed off to the cave. Save the bats!
