I have a beautiful vintage Case XX Barlow in Sawcut Red Bone. It was produced in 1945-64. It is used, sharpened and carried some, but still in great shape, no rust, and excellent action. This would make a great daily carry piece or add to your collection.

    OAL: 3 3/8"
    Main blade: 2 1/2"

    •Walk & Talk is excellent
•Great pull and snap closed and open.
    •Brass liners and pins
    •Stainless blades

There are some fine scratches on the blades from use and it has been sharpened before. No cracks in the bone if looks better than my pictures can convey. The glare/reflection of the blades makes it hard to pick up the true colors.

These sell in like new condition for $150+. I'm trying to be fair because it is used but in good shape.

Price is: $Withdrawn to Ebay shipping in US 48

    Thanks for looking.

Can you open the both blades and take a picture through the blade well, with a light source behind it? In your 7th picture there seems to be a considerable gap between the liner and backspring.

    "Considerable"?
You can zoom in on the pictures. There is a tiny gap on one side of the secondary spring and the liner, but its tiny as can be seen in the pictures.

Its a great example and over 55 years old, everything is as I explained it or can be seen in pictures.

dude, are you kidding me man!?!? @Wasp has been consistently posting more well preserved Case Barlows than anyone! Look at those photos man!!! “Springs”!?!?!? Those penknifes are cleaner than most of the Spydercos carried by men half their [Barlows] age!

Not necessarily the best, but ones that appeal/speak to me the most. The last handful I've posted are really hard to let go. I'm not the biggest Case fan as far as the modern offerings, but these vintage ones! So special when you're holding it and you think about the craftsmen and owners that are really old timers of gone now, and that type of craftsmanship is generally gone as well. You can literally see the history in these blades just by holding them in your hand.

Beautiful old knife! If it was a single blade I would already have it! Somebody needs this in their pocket.

Its been carried and used a little but is in great shape, the handles look like new. Its beautiful in hand and would make someone a great knife. I lowered the price because I'd prefer not to go the Ebay route and have to wait or pay fees. Plus I figured someone here might appreciate it more and actually use it?
