I just finished up this chopper/camp knife in 1075 with natural micarta handle and brass corby bolts.
I'm super excited about it cause it cuts like a laser and feels nice in the hand!

It's got a gnarly finish to it, the micarta is as filed, so its like a bead blasted finish and is super grippy especially when it's wet.

The blade was forged by Jason Knight out of 1075, it's a 10" blade and 5" handle and it was forged to the edge, so there was minimal grinding, which was done by me with water stones.

take a look over @fallbrookforge on instagram, it's available and I don't mind trading some, but I'm trying to fund some tools for makin with this one.

Take a look, it’s been a fun project

That one needs to get the handle wrap and then I need to order more kydex for a sheath, then it’ll get used by me for a bit to test er out and then who knows.

Got this one all finished up. The sheath took 2 tries to get right. It’s setup for sash carry, just tick the flap over a belt, pants, sash whatever.
Eyelets are spaces to fit a tec lok if you like that.

I’m doing a raffle for it on instagram to raise money for tools and supplies.
