from left to right - hunter hatchet, large outdoor hunter axe, hudson bay 16" 2lb 2oz 20" 2lb 6oz 23" 3lb 2oz the hunter and large hunter have the same head just different length handles obviously. I'm not sure I would have named the Large Hunter "Large"...... The only advantage between the two hunter models is the "Large" with it's longer handle allowing more leverage for more power in chopping and splitting. The thicker cheeks on Wetterlings don't work as well on the 2 lighter models compared to the Hudson Bay. The Hudson Bay outperformed in chopping, splitting, making feathers. The 2 hunters I would rate for light duty chores at best.
