I had ordered a kilt, belt, and sporran from DNKE. They were quick to charge my credit card for the purchase. After over two weeks wait( with no further communication) I contacted them to find out it had gone out of stock as I had ordered it, but it “may” be in stock in another week or two.
    Whatever.
    I cancelled the order .

Sorry to hear about your experience but I appreciate you sharing it. My inbox gets a few notices from them each week and I've been wondering if it was worth pulling the trigger. All my kilts are wool and too heavy for summer use. I liked the way their kilts looked but won't bother with an order based on your situation. Guess it's time to look for another company.

That's all for now. Take care and until next time...be well.

@Scotchmon i'd be curious to hear if there's any further resolution on this. i've got a buddy that swears by the brand for his every day kilt, and i've thought about it (if i ever get the wife convinced.....)

I cancelled the order. Poor customer relations as I see it. Who knows, I may reorder at a later time as this brand does look to offer the most bang for the buck.

    That's a relief.

I was worried I'd have to see you at the Northern WI meet up wearing that getup.
