I got out this past weekend and wanted to check on a deer blind I use in the fall. Hard to believe how incredibly overgrown the trails had become over the summer! In 20 years I’ve never seen it this high or thick. We had an unusually hot and wet summer, so I guess conditions were perfect for a “jungle like” atmosphere to grow on the trails!
Ellie and I pushed through and found the blind... completely torn apart! Lots of critters in those woods.... fox, raccoon and black bear are common. Anyone one of them may have smelled a few crumbs left behind and thought they’d have a closer look.
No real problems, took about 15 minutes to get it back together. Afterwards I set to making a good breakfast with coffee. I’ve been having camera problems, so I lost some footage... and other stuff was terrible.... so it’s a very short video just to give a feel!

It was a short video. :) But I get the idea. Looks like you had a good day all told. Good looking grub there too. :)

Thanks....It was a good day...except for a lot of lost footage! Still, an okay day in the woods is better than a day at work!

Great video & pupper - like to see a few more photos of your blind set-up.
