    Took a short drive today, down a country road.

    Yep there’s just a little hint of, “Summer’s coming to an end” in the air some mornings. Our leaves won’t start turning for a while yet but the days are starting later and ending earlier.

    We don't need bread...we buy flour by the 50-pound bag and have at least a couple-years supply of yeast. No chickens or cows...but we do have a couple full freezers to get us through until spring (aka next July).
