    The wife is out of town so the kids and I had to fend for ourselves LOL .

    Actually we enjoy cooking, or roasting quick meals over a campfire and finally had a cool evening to enjoy one.

    The spit is gonna see its time real soon, this was just a quick meal. I am ready for some roasted chicken though! Its honestly one of my favorite meals.

    I am working on a smaller version of viking spit.

    Those chickens are hard to beat on the spit. I have really enjoyed mine. A small version sounds interesting!
