IMG_0066.JPG IMG_0093.JPG I though this might be a good place to put some photos of fiddlebacks. Below is my recluse, 5/32, 01, Oreo burlap, black and orange liners.

Thanks, that Japanese maple was no joke. Needed to bring out the ol' axe on it as well.

Vance you have quite the stash. I'm getting ready to get another one I think here in the next couple of days. Do you think we should merge threads? I kind of felt like this forum was a good place to share them.

I have a feeling that is being modest. I've been looking at the rapscallion or forager. I think I have my eye on one that I'll probably pull the trigger on tomorrow.

I loves Mr some Fiddlebacks, mind if I share my small collection?

FYI, I'm on the hunt for more Fiddlebacks,
I'd love a Sgian Dunham knife and I believe it's called a Fiddleback Forge Bushcrafter Kurda?

I've been wanting to try out a knife in the larger size range. I've got a couple of customs at 4in blade and a lot of other production 4in ones. At the same time I do like using knives that size so I've been torn.

Thank you! I love that knife, been using the heck out of it since i got it. Its got a 5.5 inch blade and i really enjoy it, im sure youll find a 4 inch one easily wield able. you can see more pictures on if in the One Knife challenge thread starting around pg 9, if your so inclined. Love the trinity pins, and to make it even more different, its got a really high grind for a Duke, I was like is it even a Duke? but I believe it is by shape and dimensions. But its a real individual.

I really like that Oreo Burlap.

Nice ones Cberg, is that a Bushcraft Senior? i dig it.

you know your in trouble looking at these knives Freud , im a simple guy i only need one knife... I love my Duke, and when i got it i was like, i only want it and a runt for carving and pocket carry on days i can keep a 10 inch blade in my pocket. yea i keep it in my pocket rofl. any way I know im going to get a runt one day, but i also have been tempted by a bushcrafter I dont even need it, i just want to abuse it crafting LOL carve up some nalbinding needles out of antler kind of abuse it, things you should do with a mora abuse it, it looks like it could take it too... Some one told me, when i bought that Duke, that i was going down a dangerous addictive road and i was like nah man dont worry about me...
Atleast I dont have the urge to keep them all pretty, though i understand it... ive just always loved using nice things that i worked for.

@VANCE what kind of wood is that in the handle in the knife with the beer the dog tag and the coin?

About a week or so ago I finally landed a very coveted model for me, the Bushcrafter. It's the model that caught my eye the most when I found FB's. Masur birch, lime green pinstripe, and natural liners. And a "beauty mark" mosaic pin to top it all off.

What a beaut Tech. It's neat to see the more rare mosaic pins. My recent one has trinity pin out that I'm excited about. I love the blade shape on the bushcrafter.
