'free' wild edible walks if you are close to Calvert County, MD

    My local "farm and seafood stand" offers wild edible and mushroom walks. I have been on a few mushroom walks in the past. The guy who conducts the walks is very knowledgeable. Though they don't call it a formal class, I would certainly consider it a learning event. Sometimes the mushroom walks will get big turnouts. Most of the walks are no charge but will accept your donations. I learn something new each time I go.

    If you are close to Calvert County I think it'd be worth the trip.
