Here are a few examples of knives I've completed. The really good photos were taken by @Tennessee for me at the winter meet, he's amazing with a camera and I'm not! knife 8.jpg

@dub that is a Bitterroot model with a little more belly added to the blade. It is the same price also.

I don't know why I'm even asking since I'm way over my toy budget but what kind of sheaths? Leather or Kydex?

Leather. All my sheaths are leather, I'm not setup to do kydex.

A couple of spine shots, both of these are 3/32" 01. I am really impressed with how well the thinner blades hold up and they make a nice light knife to pack.

Your knives are beautiful. The Bitterroot with the high convex grind is especially tempting.
Very nice work; added to my "want one" list.

Thought here would be an okay place to ask what sort of steels you have been using? and if you aren't using stainless steels, would you consider trying some?

I ask since not many custom makers here or elsewhere consider stainless steel but humid climates are very common.

Gaaaaah! that's the prototype, it doesn't even have the makers' mark on it. it's the first one and it's gorgeous.

it makes me almost sick to think I had that in my possession for the shortest of times but let it go when mine came around.

nonetheless, I'm glad you got it, and I'm glad we kept it "in the family", but if I was the greedy type, and if you wanted to sell it... :54:

I was pointed in your direction by a number of members here. Ive been trying to find a knife similar to a Mora 1 but with higher end materials. Are you still making something like this? Love the size and shape of the handle.

@Wandy, yes I can make you one like I’ve made before. Or you can send me a drawing of what you want and I can do my best to make that. I’ve done it both ways. A drawing with measurements let’s you get closer to what fits you and your needs though.
    Thanks
