Grain bowls.

    Start with any grain. Yesterday was brown rice. Maybe farro next time. There are basic requirements but here’s the results. The variations are limitless.

    It’s a great way to up your veggie intake.

    I’m a fellow grain bowl fanatic. I’m now buying berries and cracking the berries in an old grain mill I bought. Rye, oats, wheat berries. I have a small TI pressure cooker that I take into the field.

    Fresh cooked grains are the best. A lasting and substantial source of nutrition for the day.

    we do the vegetarian grain bowls. messing with fermented veggies to mix up variety. try to post one up tonight.

    eta: actually, the wife thought yours looked so good she headed to get some salmon. thank you!
