WOW... My Ruger Single Six has a 10 inch barrel and it can become a bit of a pain to carry sometimes.

Someone needs to make an aftermarket shoulder stock.

Don’t have one but I like it, price ain’t bad either, out of stock everywhere I checked, I see it also will take a magnum cylinder.

I think David Wittkowski said he saw them at dunhams sports. I have enough to play with for now but was curious if other members had shot one. Seems kind of interesting in some ways.

I once shot a friends Ubertii Cattleman's Carbine (similar to this, but with a buttstock and in .44 black powder), and it was, interesting. It was surprisingly accurate, but a little awkward to use (I suspect it would be even more awkward with something without a buttstock, such as this). If you like oddball stuff, they are very neat pieces, and get a lot of attention at the range (so I was told), but I can't imagine they are super practical.

    UK legal?

Eta. I remember seeing on another forum. Folks in the UK having absurdly long barrels on revolvers to skirt their laws. But I could be wrong.

I believe that is the reason. When I worked at Dan Wesson, we made 16" and longer barrels for the UK. We also made up to 15.5" barrels for the U.S. market. IIRC, it has to be under 16" to still be classed as a handgun. To my knowledge, that RR wouldn't be legal in the U.S.(without fileing a crap-ton of paperwork with the ATF)

Perfectly legal in the US, handguns barrel length is not regulated and does not have a limit. Now a rifle has to have a 16" minimum barrel. So this RR is a handgun as it comes from the factory but adding a stock would make it a legal rifle.
