Is there a way to prevent images from "overflowing" the right border of the thread?

When I insert an image using the "IMG" icon and I paste a JPG link, sometimes, but not all the time, the images are kind of too large for the screen.

Below is just an example and obviously I have chosen an image that is too large, but it sort of illustrates the minor issue. :50:'

Edit: actually it doesn't look so bad in this case, maybe it is just a random fluke

Looks good to me. It's inside the borders and sized. You shouldn't have to resize, the software will do it for you! Its built in.

Now if you click the image after posted it will zoom in very large, and click again for normal.

Resize it first. I upload resized pics to Imgur and then post the BBCode link here. This is 1210 horizontal pixels, for example.

Yup, resize it. You can use Microsoft Paint.
