You pulled me in thinking you had a Turley Green River for sale, lol.

Any idea what the steel is on the US knife?

    Hey XMP---nice to hear from you-----I am currently Turley-less......but that's OK I've gotta lotta fine steel....someday again...maybe...

The paperwork with the blade says "High Carbon Steel" That's about it. I do have the same knife in a non-commemorative version from 1974 and 1990. No rust or patina on either blade. Both have been carried and used, easy to sharpen.

As Phantom X, mentioned, my eyes became bug-eyed at the sight of "Green River." Had me fooled into thinking it was a damn TURLEY too :17:

@Phantom X, by the way, thanks for the Gasconade! That was super fast shipping, pleasure doing business.
